水蜜桃(4-5月)
Peach (April-May)
近幾年寶山開始栽種水蜜桃,面積約二十公頃,平均年產量接近九萬公斤,產量雖不多,但在緯度高、氣溫低等特殊環境下,栽種出有別於熱帶氣候的溫帶水蜜桃,果實較大口感佳,頗受消費者喜愛。
In the recent year, Paoshang has been planted peaches. The planted area is about twenty hectare and the average annual yield is nearly ninety thousand kilo. The yield is not rich, but the peaches are very different from the temperate zone peaches in tropics (Taiwan). The high altitudes and low temperature in Paoshang let the peaches bigger and tasted better. The peaches in Paoshan are very popular with the consumers.
Peach (April-May)

紅肉李(5-6月)
Oriental Plums (May-June)
寶山的紅肉李汁多、味甜,令人流口水,李果含豐富醣類、維它命B、C、鈣、鈉等,紅肉李營養價值看它紅得發紫的果皮就知道,紅肉李含有豐富的青花素,除了有抗氧化作用之外,對眼部微血管和視力都有幫助,李子不僅可以鮮食,也可以加糖漬或鹽漬,製作酵素,果醬。
The res plums in Paoshan is very sweet, juicy, and mouthwatering. Plums are rich in carbohydrate, vitamin B, C, calcium, sodium…etc. Look at its reddish purple peel, you can know how nutritional it is. You can not only just eat red plums directly but sugaring or curing them. You also can made them into plum enzyme or jam.

因位於高海拔的地形,寶山的新興梨個頭比起一般的梨子還要來的嬌小許多,地果實卻比一般的梨子還要來的脆甜多汁,且因不使用農藥及化學肥料的有機栽種,這裡的新興梨甚至連果皮都可以一起吃,同時農家也開放民眾宜童體驗採梨子的樂趣。
Because of the high altitudes, Shinko pear in Paoshan is smaller than the others but it is sweeter and juicier. Since the farmers did not use any agricultural chemicals and chemical fertilizer, the peer is edible. The farmers welcome everyone to experience the fun of pear picking.
Shinko Pear (June-July)
因位於高海拔的地形,寶山的新興梨個頭比起一般的梨子還要來的嬌小許多,地果實卻比一般的梨子還要來的脆甜多汁,且因不使用農藥及化學肥料的有機栽種,這裡的新興梨甚至連果皮都可以一起吃,同時農家也開放民眾宜童體驗採梨子的樂趣。

寶山野生茶(四季)
Original Tea Leaves(All the year)
野生茶樹自然生長於保留林地上,不使用化學肥料、農藥及殺蟲劑,以落葉為有機肥,因寶山地區具備寒冷、土沃、水清等生長氣候,孕育出香味濃厚、耐泡及具高山野味香氣,有利於降血壓、降血脂,更標榜天然栽培,有助於睡眠,並不會有一般茶類飲用後有睡不著的疑慮,茶葉可熱沖亦可冷泡,香味濃烈,。喝起來有濃郁蜂蜜香,因其不灑農藥而吸引小綠葉蟬吸食而產生蜜香。
The wild tea in Paoshan grow on the forest reservation without any chemical fertilizer and agricultural chemicals. The leaves are the natural fertilizer to the tea. Since the weather is cooler, the land is more fertile, the water is cleaner, the flavor of wild tea in Paoshan is more intense and you can also taste the scent of honey. The other reason the flavor of tea is so special is because the Jacobiasca Formosana (green leafhopper) would eat the leaves of the tea to help them send out the fragrance. Drinking wild tea can only reduce blood fat and decrease blood pressure but facilitate sleep unlike the normal green tea that would interfere your sleep. The wild tea can brew in hot water and cold water.

愛玉(9~2月)
Jelly Fig (September-February)
桃源寶山的愛玉籽產於海拔800~1800公尺,河床是最適合愛玉生長的環境,到了下午,山區會起霧,透過濕度和氣溫的巧妙搭配,也因愛玉籽的品質良好,僅一兩的愛玉籽就可以製作出7台斤的愛玉。
寶山的愛玉天然無農藥,但因愛玉籽的外皮容易曬傷,為控管愛玉籽的品質,採收的愛玉籽從原本的室外曝曬改為使用室內電扇風乾,且至於室溫30度的恆溫中,產銷班班長表示,他們的愛玉籽出漿快,且做出來的愛玉Q度好,都是因為他們擁有品質極 佳的愛玉籽的關係!
The jelly fig in Poashang were planted at altitude of 800~1800 meters. The riverbed is the most suitable place to plant jelly fig because there would be misty in the mountain when afternoon. The humid and cool climate is the reason why they have the good quality of jelly fig. Five grams jelly fig can produce almost 6oo grams aiyu jelly.
The farmers did not use any agriculture chemicals but the jelly fig’s peel would get sunburn easily. So they take the jelly fig inside and let the fan dry them and control the temperature around 30℃. The leader of production and marketing group said “With the best quality, our jelly fig can produce the tenderly chewy aiyu jelly easily.”

咖啡豆(11月-2月)
Coffee Beans (November-February)
咖啡樹本應是生長在熱帶的植物,但藤枝的咖啡樹經長期的演化,已成耐寒的原生咖啡種。藤枝咖啡的品種屬於阿拉比卡最接近原生種的阿拉比卡品種,因位於高海拔,藤枝咖啡的咖啡豆非常的大顆,但長速度較為緩慢,且數量稀少,但富高油脂,烘焙後味道甘醇而不澀,酸味淡,品嘗起來還有淡淡的杏仁甜味及花香,是其他咖啡沒有的獨特味道,是值得細細品嘗的咖啡。
The coffee tree originally grow in the tropics. After secular evolution, the coffee tree in Malishan has become hardy. The species of Malishan coffee is Arabica and it is very alike to the original one.Because of the high altitudes the coffee beans are larger than normal. The beans grow slowly and the yield is not much but contain more fat. Therefore it is not astringency after roasted. Its Acidity is low and tasted floral and light almond.
